HelloBLOOM is a curriculum command centre for private language academies, education organisations and independent EAL educators. It turns curriculum goals into connected plans, activities, presentations, print resources and student preparation without taking the teacher out of the lesson.

From curriculum to classroom
HelloBLOOM bridges the gap between high-level curriculum planning and daily delivery. A CEFR-aligned Curriculum Overview connects to Lesson Bundles, class and teacher assignments, Teaching Plans, the Lesson Presenter, printable resources, and preparation or review tasks for students.
It is designed for face-to-face teaching. Students can work from a shared display, notebooks, printed materials, speaking tasks and short tokenised preparation activities. The teacher controls the sequence, adapts the language and makes the professional decisions.
Software runs the preparation. The teacher runs the classroom.

Founder
James Caldwell
HelloBLOOM grew from James Caldwell's experience of the same tension seen across language education: teachers need better preparation systems, but classroom technology too often reduces the conversation, movement and human judgement that make language learning work.
James has more than 25 years of experience across classroom teaching, curriculum leadership and education technology in Australia, New Zealand and South Korea. He taught within the International Baccalaureate programme at Young Hoon Elementary School in Seoul and served at Sungkyunkwan University, supporting native and local educators to use technology more effectively in ESL classrooms.
His aim for HelloBLOOM is direct: use technology and AI to remove administrative exhaustion, then give classroom time back to teachers and students.
